NFL's Major Signings: Kirk Cousins Heads to Atlanta, Saquon Barkley Lands in Philadelphia

On Monday, two prominent figures in professional football, Kirk Cousins and Saquon Barkley, made significant moves, injecting excitement into the typically tranquil NFL offseason.

Cousins, renowned as one of the top quarterbacks in the league, departed the Minnesota Vikings after six seasons to join the Atlanta Falcons. His agent, Mike McCartney, confirmed the agreement on a four-year deal.

Aged 35, Cousins had previously spent six seasons with the franchise now named the Washington Commanders before his tenure with the Vikings.

While the NFL's 2024 schedule has yet to be unveiled, each team already knows its opponents for the upcoming season. Coincidentally, the Falcons are slated to face the Vikings in an anticipated matchup this fall.
